This subseries contains collected studies, proposals, notes, letters, and data about winter water storage for the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project and other water developments in the Arkansas River Basin. Materials for this subseries were in Cabinet G, Drawer 3 of Milenski's filing system, and that order is maintained. Researchers should consult the inventories in Series 1 for more specific descriptions of folder contents.
